With our Return & Exchange policy, you may return / exchange products from our store with 30 days of the original delivery date. Our Return / Exchange policy aims at soothe of your mind whilst making sure that the process remains easy and hasslefree. We look forward for your cooperation in this regard.
WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS SUBSTANDARD OR IS NOT EXACTLY WHAT YOU ORDERED FOR?
If you find our product substandard or it’s not exactly what you ordered for, you opt for a Return / Exchange, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition along with the respective documents and tags. We do not offer money back in return, and the return is only applicable for the exchange of the product or store credit. A Return OR Exchange shall only be entertained if the product is returned back to us unworn (resalable condition), with respective tags and original packaging. However, you may look over the product and may try it on like any other physical store for inspecting the size and comfort level.
INFORMATION ABOUT POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES
Postage and packaging charges are not subject to refund / reimburse under any circumstances, and the relative shipment cost of return must be borne by customer. It is recommended to pack it appropriately and courier it using the express service, which is secured and traceable at any point of time. We send you the acknowledgement once we receive the products at our warehouse. Also, it is strongly advised to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior returning the product in any case.
