Good customer service
Verified Buyer
I needed to exchange a jacket that I bought. The first jacket came in a very timely manner. When I first looked into exchanging the jacket for a different size, I was a little worried because they had you email customer service. Usually when that happens you get the runaround and nobody answers. Dealing with Angel jackets was a different experience in that I got a response rather quickly. The time change did slow it down some but it was still within 24 hrs. I was able to exchange my jacket for a different size without any issues and received my new jacket in a timely matter once again. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service, response time and the quality of the jacket.

Brown leather Jacket
Verified Buyer
The jacket is soft leather, durable zipper and has a unique brown-tan color. The lining is stitched tightly to the jacket. Very good quality. I had to exchange the original for the larger size. The customer service team was excellent! When I wear the jacket I receive many compliments. Definitely treat yourself and purchase!

I love this jacket. I wear it all the time. I bought it for a concert and just loved how it looked. Fits well and is very comfortable. I was able to walk around downtown and stay warm but not get too hot going inside. A great addition to my closet.
Affordable Real Leather

Totally impressed with the prices for real leather jackets! Cutting edge styles to select from! I would suggest to order a size up if you plan to wear bulky clothes with it.
My first jacket from here
Verified Buyer
It was my first jacket I bought off Angel Jacket so I was skeptical. I wanted nice leather looking casual jacket but didn't want to pay a hefty amount. This jacket is AWESOME. It's durable, moderately thick, and WARM. This looks good and will keep you warmed up even in chilly temps.
Great product and service

Fabulous product, great look and quality. Sizing was a little smaller than expected even after measuring so size up (jacket measurements correct, lining perhaps unaccounted for). Very quick, easy and helpful returns service to swap for a larger size. Would recommend.

The leather and craftsmanship on the jacket were beautiful. Unfortunately, it was a little tight in the shoulders. Everywhere else the fit was very nice.

I honestly can't believe how great the customer service is here. This was my first purchase and I actually ordered a size that didn't fit me. The jacket was very well made and arrived quickly too. When I asked how to exchange it, I received an immediate response from customer service giving me multiple refund and replacement options. I will definitely be a returning customer!
