Our Return Policy

We're dedicated to offering our customers the trendiest, most innovative, and flawless products. Nevertheless, if the item didn’t meet your expectations upon arrival or doesn't fit as it should, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to begin the return or exchange process through our dedicated portalsl.

Note:

Before you begin the return procedure, make sure the product is unworn, must be in its original condition, and has all its tags still intact. Our team in charge of handling returns will review the item before approving it for a refund or for exchange. (Please note that the items with signs of use or damage are not eligible for refund or exchange).

Report:

If you come across any discrepancies, defect, or damage that could have happened during the delivery, please update us within 3 days with pictures proof so we can address the issue. Make sure to update us within the given timeframe, we won't be able to assist later than.
