While we make every effort to provide you with the right product, we understand that certain circumstances may require returns, or exchanges. If you need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days; moreover you can also return items for exchange of in store credit. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless the item was damaged upon receipt)
Once we’ve received the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned product.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Email email@example.com (within 48 hours) to initiate the return process. Your email should state whether you are looking for a refund or an exchange. If it is for an exchange, we must verify that the desired size is available.
- All returns must be made within 30 days after receiving the product. In order to process your return/exchange, we will need your order number, description (including photos if available), original packaging, tags and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. Please confirm that we have the item you are looking for. If we don't have it, a refund will be issued.
- If we receive an item and find that it has violated our guidelines, your request will not be processed.
If you believe you have a defective item or it’s different from the one you’ve ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours.
In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, photos of the item, and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.
In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials we will exchange the product as needed.
It is recommended check sizing before ordering any product from our website. In case the size is not accurate (runs small or big) kindly, send us an email at email@example.com (within 48 hours).
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the relative shipment cost of return must be borne by the customer.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and provide us with the tracking details so that we can trace the shipment to proceed further.
