A Great Looking Coat
I ordered a PeaCoat for my son who lives in New York. That was his #1 request for Christmas. When the coat arrived, I thought it was a great looking coat! The material was a nice wool, and the sewing quality was very nicely done. It fit my son beautifully. He absolutely loved it! I have ordered leather jackets for me, and they fit great. Great fit black style peacoat! Definitely recommended!
At first I purchased the XL version of this coat which was nice, but slightly loose around the waist line. Instead I've purchased the L version which feels great and fitted for me (Even when I wear a knitted turtleneck sweater). I'm 6'2 and 220lbs hope that helps for some of you guys out there.The coat feels very genuine and the material is great, this will keep you very warm during cold winters.

Good quality coat
Great quality,I did extensive research before purchasing this too. Most people are complaining because they didn't know there actual size before purchase. Other wise it is a fitted peacoat, so take that in mind. So I recommend getting measurements before purchase, and you won't be disappointed!

Just like the WWII original
I bought this black pea coat because I wanted one exactly like the WWII coat that I had inherited from an uncle and worn out after 50-plus years. This coat is as close to authentic as it can be. The buttons are right in appearance, color and number. The pockets configuration is correct. The wool feels the same. When shopping, I saw similar coats at a far higher price and many poor imitation at equal or higher prices. This coat arrived promptly. I'm satisfied

Far beyond my expectations.
I must admit I was worried about this item, either the quality or color (I got the one). What I received blew me away. The materials, and quality are top notch. It seems to be made to the same construction specs as USN peacoats with 80-20 wool-nylon, no frayed stitching that sometimes comes with a lot of overseas manufactured garments, and all around a great product. The coat is not as as the picture lets on, it's more of a lighter shade of black, the buttons too are a little darker than the picture. Great cut, not too baggy, not too slim, I can wear a light blazer under the coat and be fine. I can't wait to try it out for when winter comes. I'm 5'8", 160 lbs, slight build, and I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly.

Great coat at a great price.
This coat is heavy and well made. I've had it for a couple of months now and it is holding up very nicely. I stood outside for 5 hours in below freezing temperatures while it snowed with this on and it kept me nice and warm. I used the sizing guide and it is a little bigger than I expected. It isn't slim fitting like I thought it would be, but it isn't overly large either. I worry a smaller size would have the sleeves too short, so I am keeping this one. My brother has a coat this style from a big name brand and this is nicer. Heavier. Higher wool percentage. And cheaper. I would definitely recommend.

Great coat and great value
I still have my original enlisted-issue pea coat from 1977, so I did a comparison between this jacket and the real thing. The original is 100% wool with silver buttons but those are the only differences (and the USN went back to black buttons not long after I was issued my coat in boot camp). The Seibertron coat is easily equal to the original in quality, fit, utility, warmth and every other aspect. It's also a much better value when compared the similar Schott coat.Fully recommend the coat.

I was surprised at how much I like this coat. Very warm, great fit, look and construction. And far less expensive than the USN pea coats available from my local military surplus store. If you have to have a USN pea coat, go for it. But a friend, a former black man, recommended this coat to me because he likes his Seibertron so much.

Worth it.
Arm length is just a touch long for me but that’s easy enough to rectify. A bit on the scratchy side against the back of my neck but that’s par for the course for an 80% wool coat. I’m not a big fan of the fouled anchor buttons but they are true to black issue so it is what it is I suppose.
