Real leather blazer
This Brandon vintage leather blazer is a total conversation piece. Not gonna lie it earns that description better than any jacket i have owned before. The dark brown distressed lambskin looks like it has been crafted well, to it that took years to develop, not just some cheap surface treatment applied at a factory. Real leather lovers will understand and appreciate it. honestly it's so hard to find this level of character for $199.
Vintage brown
Wore the vintage dark brown blazer over a black turtleneck. The contrast of the aged leather tones against clean black was exactly the look I was aiming for. Everything about the combination worked.
Monthly conditioning keeps it looking intentional
Vintage finish requires occasional conditioning to maintain the distressed quality looking intentional rather than just worn out. Monthly leather conditioner is enough. Worth doing on a piece this distinctive.
love this jacket
Second purchase from Angel Jackets. Vintage dark brown is my favourite of everything I have bought. The distressed finish makes it the most interesting and individual piece I own.
More personality than anything else I own
Vintage lambskin blazer. More personality than anything else I own.
best blazer
This is the most characterful blazer in my wardrobe and I have a full collection. The vintage finish on dark brown lambskin is unique and I have not seen anything comparable at this price or even at higher price points. Highly recommend for anyone who wants something genuinely distinctive.
Worn to more settings than any other blazer
I have now worn this vintage dark brown lambskin blazer to more different settings than any other blazer I own. Casual gallery visits, creative agency meetings, birthday dinners, art exhibitions. Every time someone comments on it. The distressed finish creates a character that plain leather simply cannot replicate and the lambskin quality means it is as comfortable to wear all day as it is distinctive to look at.
Commands attention
Wore to a creative industry event. Multiple colleagues noted the jacket specifically. Vintage dark brown lambskin commands attention without trying.
Aged look with brand new comfort
Vintage distressed leather blazer that actually feels brand new and comfortable. Aged look with new leather quality is very difficult to achieve and this blazer does it. The soft lambskin under the finish means there is no stiffness or roughness to break through.
New comfort, vintage look.
Comfort of new lambskin, look of a vintage old leather piece. Best of both.
Date asked where I got it!
I wore this on a date night and was asked immediately where I sourced the vintage leather jacket from. The aged finish looks completely authentic in person and yeah the lambskin softness and notch lapel make it super easy to dress down casually.
Outfit planning needed
Vintage finish requires slightly more deliberate outfit planning. It is not a neutral in the same way plain dark brown is. When I get the combination right it looks exceptional. Learning curve is worth it. Lambskin quality and the aged finish itself are both excellent. I condition it monthly to maintain the character.
Better after three months of wear
Three months in and the vintage dark brown looks better than on arrival. Natural wear from regular use adds to the finish character rather than detracting from it.
Looks real, not worn off
The distressed areas across the vintage finish are distributed in a way that looks completely natural rather than factory produced. It genuinely does not look like intentional worn out. It looks real. The lambskin underneath remains soft and comfortable throughout. The whole effect is unlike anything else I have seen at this price.
Arrived perfect, fit accurate
Arrived well packaged, vintage dark brown lambskin came out looking perfect. Fit in a large was accurate. Very pleased.
Lining could match the vintage tone
The inside lining is standard neutral. For a vintage piece at this quality level a more interesting lining colour would have completed the aesthetic. Minor wish only.
Most photographed piece at two events
Vintage dark brown lambskin blazer photographs in a way that most clothing simply does not. The tonal variation in the distressed finish creates depth and interest in photos that looks editorial and styled. I have worn this to two creative industry events and both times it has been the most photographed piece in the room. Real lambskin quality makes it as comfortable as it is distinctive.
Gets better the more you wear it
This blazer rewards regular wear. The vintage finish continues to develop character over time and each wear adds a subtle new quality. Gets better the more you wear it.
Closure flattens out with wear
Two-button closure sits slightly less flat in certain areas compared to the plain lambskin versions, possibly from the vintage treatment adding variation to the leather surface. Settles with wear. Everything else about the blazer is excellent.
