This is a beautiful jacket. My husband has lost weight, and most of his jackets and coats are way too big for him, but he wears them anyway. I wanted to get him a nice jacket that actually fits for his birthday. I ordered a Large. He has 14” arms and 43” chest — he often has a hard time finding jackets that fit his large arms, but the Size Large jacket fits perfect!
The leather is very soft, and the shearling on the inside is thick and soft and very warm. I like that the shearling isn’t ivory colored (stains too easily), which is why I picked this jacket.
It smells to high heaven initially, like any leather coat will, so you’ll need to set it out in an open room for a while to air it out. - don’t stuff it in a closet. You should Google how to care for shearling jackets in general to protect your investment.
