The right kind of brown
I usually avoid brown near my face, but this deeper shade works much better than lighter tans I have tried. The jacket pairs nicely with dark denim, and the front sits neatly when zipped. The leather feels soft, looks flattering, and broke in right away.
Different front, easy outfit
The zipper sitting off to one side makes this more interesting than a regular zip jacket. It also looks good open over a basic white tee.
The look without leather
I bought this because I wanted the motorcycle-inspired shape without switching to real leather. The faux suede has a quiet matte finish that works with the clothes I already own. I've worn it to a bookstore, then out for dinner, and neither outfit needed much thought. The inside lining is a nice touch when I'm wearing long sleeves.
Wish the sleeves were shorter
I should have checked the sleeve measurement more carefully. The jacket fits through my shoulders, but the sleeves sit lower than I prefer. The cuff zips help a bit, and the color is lovely.
Sister picked the outfit
My sister said the dark brown would look good with my olive pants and she was totally right?. I have already worn that combination twice this week, and the leather feels super soft and comfortable.
A change from denim
Most of my outerwear is denim, so the diagonal zipper was a fun change. I wore this over a thin turtleneck for lunch and had no trouble moving my arms or sitting comfortably at the table.
Needs a quick brush
Love the color, though lighter lint shows up on the faux suede after I wear a fuzzy scarf. A quick brush helps, so it is manageable.
Worked for concert night
I needed a jacket for a small outdoor concert and didn't want anything heavy or shiny. This worked with a black tank, straight-leg jeans, and boots. I kept my ticket in an outside pocket and wore the front partly open most of the evening. Even in photos, the brown texture had more depth than I expected.
My Saturday jacket
This is the one I grab for Saturday coffee runs. It is light enough to keep on indoors, and the darker suede finish looks good with the tan crossbody bag I use every day.
Fun with a floral dress
I tried this with a floral dress just for fun. The chocolate brown toned down the print nicely, and the whole outfit felt more like me.
Cuffs a bit snug
The jacket looks good with my usual black trousers, although the cuffs feel a little close around my wrists when zipped. Leaving them slightly open solves it easily, and the soft leather makes it a genuinely comfortable piece to wear.
Softer than expected
I expected a stiff biker jacket, but the faux suede feels much easier to move in. The zipped cuffs are a nice little detail too.
Glad I chose brown
I almost ordered black again, but this dark brown caught my attention. I wore it to a friend's birthday dinner with a plain knit top and wide leg jeans. The slanted front zipper made the outfit feel different without adding extra accessories. I also liked how the lining moved over my sleeves when we headed outside after dinner.
Nice off-center zipper
I like how the off center zipper changes the front when it is fully closed. Worn open, it sits casually over my striped shirt. The faux suede surface looks softer than my old faux leather jacket.
dark brown shade
The brown has a soft cocoa look rather than a reddish tone. I paired it with faded jeans and cream sneakers, and the jacket did the rest.
