I needed to exchange a jacket that I bought. The first jacket came in a very timely manner. When I first looked into exchanging the jacket for a different size, I was a little worried because they had you email customer service. Usually when that happens you get the runaround and nobody answers. Dealing with Angel jackets was a different experience in that I got a response rather quickly. The time change did slow it down some but it was still within 24 hrs. I was able to exchange my jacket for a different size without any issues and received my new jacket in a timely matter once again. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service, response time and the quality of the jacket.

I got the L and when I first slipped it on, I was sure I wasn't going to be able to zip it shut, but I did it, and it wasn't tight on my chest at all, and it wasn't too loose everywhere else! I absolutely love this jacket. It is very cute. Once I had it delivered I wore it right away, went to get food, and already was complimented on it. I have light blonde hair and this color specifically looks the best I think. The only complaint I would have is that when I first got it smelled kind of weird., It has since then disappeared but is there somewhat faintly. There is a lot of versatility with this jacket and you can really dress it up or down depending on your mood.
