Two winters now

What surprised me is how it drapes. A lot of wool coats hang like a board and make you look square. This one falls from the shoulder and follows the shape of you without being tight anywhere. Lovely coat and I have had a lot of wear from it. The faux fur does shed a little for the first few weeks, so a dark jumper underneath picks up strands. It has settled down now but I was brushing my shoulders daily at the start.
Buttons are chunky

The buttons are big and properly sewn on with a shank rather than flat against the cloth, so they do the fastening without straining the fabric. None have loosened. It is a small detail but it is where cheap coats fall apart first.

The photos do not do the collar justice at all. It is much fuller in person and sits properly around the neck rather than lying flat against the shoulders the way it looks online.
