I originally ordered what I would consider my typical size, however when I received the jacket I decided I wanted it a bit smaller. I plan on wearing it open and wanted it a bit more fitted. So I had to go through the exchange process which was very easy. The customer service team was very responsive and provided easy instructions for me to complete this exchange. The jacket itself looks great and is solidly built. One thing I would like to say is that don't hang your jacket by the hood, it's not designed that way. Hanging it by the hood puts the weight of this fairly heavy coat on a tiny spot which isn't really intended use and sort of common sense if you examine the thing.
It's quite warm and windproof -- perfect for cold fall weather. The zippers are durable. Pockets are spacious; the interior pocket is a plus. It has a nice leather smell after you get it, but it just needs to be properly aired out, and then it's fine. Overall, this is a fantastic jacket.

I was, at first, dubious, as I am of buying ANY clothing product on the internet - sight unseen. I was very pleasantly surprised when the jacket arrived. The leather was soft yet very durable. All of the stitching and zippers look to be of very good quality. The pictures really don't do the garment justice - it looks great! The size looks to be perfect although this is a gift for my wife and she hasn't seen it yet. I think she's going to love it!

Fits great! I'm regularly a size medium. The length sits just slightly above hip bone. The arm length isn't short or too long. Just perfect. It caught my eye because it has a hood. My daughter wears a medium woman size shirt and that's the size coat I bought. Fits good because she can wear a hoodie and it still fits comfortable. Without the hoodie, it doesn't look big on her.

This jacket is awesome. It’s super warm too! I mostly wore it in the fall but you might be able to pass in a not terribly cold day in the winter. It doesn’t give that super stiff tight feeling some leather jackets do.
